I always feel hot, is it normal?

I'm North Indian, so it is -12°c outside now and from city few of my friends came here and in their city it is around 5°c. The thing is that they are calling me abnormal... Because I don't feel cold... Why they feel cold but I don't? They are in the living room freezing to death now! My question is that when in winter season do you feel cold? How much low does it reach in you city in winter? Here I expect minimum temperature will drop up to -32°c this end of December.

I'm the same after working in cold conditions for years, my last job I was working in -23 degree freezers. It's just because you're used to the cold temperatures whereas they aren't.

it doesn't sound normal... i am cold... maybe if your you have more body fat and that keeps you warm. my stomach is never cold but my arms and hand freakin freeze! lol

Go to the doctors and have them check your blood pressure.
