No, don't sweat as much as you can, only an idiot will tell you that. What I did is use someone else's urine, but this is court, so I don't know if they watch you or not. If they don't get something with enough volume to hold enough piss to pass the limit, but small enough so you can keep it in strapped to your leg, warm it up and keep pocket warmers on it to keep the piss over a certain temp. If you can't, then rink a shit ton of water & cranberry juice (not the cocktail king), so your piss is diluted and they have to test you again at a later date.
How much time do you have? Cleansing takes at least two or three weeks. Start running, work up to about six miles. Drink tons of water.
Sweat as much as you can and take cranberry pills. They'll flush out your urinary system. It's not guaranteed but it might help.
Most smoke shops also sell fake urine, and it's pretty legit and nearly impossible to tell the difference. Or you can buy 24 hour cleansing drinks at the same place.
Of course, the fake urine won't work if they're going to be watching you while you go.
