How many cups of tea, coffee, cocoa do you drink per working day?

Just for the information and to see if I am not going over board with amount of beaverages. Coffee is affecting by body a bit badly now. What are the bad effects of coffee you faced?
See which age group, gender, region requires more coffee, tea and cocoa for a working day.

I take tea 10 to 12 cups a day. Can't say about future but still it doesn't effect me.
I was an excessive alcoholic, now I've given it up.
But now I can't help talking tea.
For you 2-4 cups of tea or coffee I think is better.

I personally find that coffee only messes with me if I drink it later in the day.

Anyhow, I drink 4 cups of TEA. By tea I mean real tea. Not bullshit like strawberry or orange or chamomile tea.

I am bit confused here. Is it with milk because in Turkey when we ask for chai they just give black tea with sugar and so in Germany and netherlands and belgium.

Adding milk is a preference. Most drink with milk but people like it black too. But if black, it cannot be strong or it tastes bitter.

I don't drink black tea rather something to keep my tongue wet cause I tend to get ill in winter and warm camomile tea is really a blessing after a long night where you drink and party (mostly when you take a longeytati-cocktail (idk how that is spelled) or some bubbly).

Oh chamomile tea is trending in here. I see it with all of them in my office. Even Perppermint and fenchel anis kümmel tee is good.
