If a 117lb female is looking to build muscle, how in the world do you get 117-140g of protein a day?

I've researched protein content in various foods... and it seems like to get that much protein DAILY, I'd have to consume a ton of salmon, beef, eggs, yogurt, nts... which I don't even know how you'd have enough stomach room left to eat your veggies or carbs.

Should I just consume a ton of protein shakes?

Everytime I look at fitness forums meal plan, it looks like they are eating a palm-sized peice of chicken with brocolli... not 500 different foods to get enough grams of protien.

What am I missing here?
