Yet I'm still considered heavy.
I'm 5'7 and weigh 168 pounds.
When going to the docs he said for my age and height I need to loose 20 more. But the reason I'm heavy is my bones
I know everyone uses this excuse
But I do have a large bone structure which adds at least 5-10 pounds on to my weight. My hands are like hulks and my feet are that of a hobbit pretty much.
Also I have more muscle than fat making me sometimes to appear larger yet I don't have that much fat.
So do I need to loose more weight?
