Girls, with big brest do you ask suggestions to doctors on how to deal with it?

My girlfriend always complies that her breast is too big and annoying, she wears bra all the time and she hates it. I suggested her to ask to the doctor what she can do, if there are bra brands and types more comfortable or other best practices to do. But she doesn't what cause she say doctor cannot do anything about that and it is unusual to ask them about that. What do you think? during gyno exam don't they check also your breast, don't they give you suggestions on how to deal with it if you need?

Doctors are just as ill informed about bras as the general public. The majority of people have this incorrect idea that DD is "large breasts" and it means that people shove themselves into poorly fitting bras that cause lots of pain. I'm not saying that a well fitting bra will make everything "all better" but can take away some, if not all, of the pain most people associate with bras.

First, have her measure her bust and underbust. Then use them to calculate her starting bra size. This will be a good starting point for her to try things on and see what fits to better pinpoint her size and breast shape.

Band = underbust rounded up to the nearest even number

The best that a doctor can suggest is reduction surgery. There are chest wall exercises that you can do to take some of the pressure of your back, but that can only deal with the symptoms and not the cause.
