Anyone ever use p90x? My new year resolution for next year is to get in better shape so I was wondering if p90x will work?

I'm not in the worst shape ever but I feel I am not good enough and that there is a lot of room for improvement. So if you used p90x tell me if you had good results. or tell me about another workout you used.

Yes it will work. I have done it before and it turned me into a spartan. But no exercise is gonna help you, without a proper stimulation.

I did it for a week and one week only. My quality of life suffered because of it. So, so sore.

@Squidward If I had a sedentary life I'd be all for it. But when my livelihood depends on me doing physical labor, not so much.

I've heard uncles who have done it so can you p90x is gay though and for filthy gym rat hobos.
