Good posture at all times. Also you should go to a gym and strengthen your lower back muscles. Also, like dem134 said before me, strengthen your abs too. Your abs along with your back muscles work together to stabilize your spine. So train those muscles.
I'd recommend deadlifts for lower back but don't do this exercise alone and ask for someone to teach you how to do it correctly or you might regret it (the deadlift is the last exercise I'd want to have poor form on). Weighted crunches are good for abs, but deadlifts also strengthen your abs. Hope I helped

Strengthen your stomach muscles. The problem is due to you leaning forward to compensate for weak abs so your back tires out.
I have the same problem. I do a lot of sports and its hell. What I do is I lay down on my back on a hard surface and pull my knees to my chest, I usually do a lot of yoga positions for it. You can look up some stretches for it also. You can also get one of those heat belts to loosen up your muscles.
