Lying in bed won't work so you can start by getting up off your arse and get yo arse in a gym and throw the scale away. Strip down and take an objective assessment of your image (body). Ask yourself what needs to come off, next begin working out, total body workout, because there is no such thing as SPOT REDUCTION, fat is equally distributed all over your body. You can spot build, such as bicep curls and heavy push downs will build huge arms along with plenty of rest for recovery but you can't spot reduce and if you are blessed with boobs, you may have to get serious with the fat on your arse, maybe sacrifice some boob time for a skinny arse. But trust me once you get your bench up to current body weight your soft spongy boobs will feel more like hard mounds of muscle you can control and your family will not say one word, they will be jealous and ask you which crazy diet worked and you say NONE. I bust my arse (literally) and the fat burns off and the real me is here and I'm happy. Now you are good to go. Just do it!

Are they sneering in your face about it or are they just so excited they are completely taken with it right now? Bariatric surgery comes with risks as does any surgery. Unless they can tell you something which actually helps or encourages you, there's no reason to keep mentioning it. I don't suppose they realize how insensitive they are being?
Just concentrate on finding a good equilibrium for yourself between eating normally during meals but avoiding candy. And make sure you do some sports.
Having that under control will make the weight follow without you needing to concentrate on "how do I lose those kilo's"?

It's a constant battle. It won't go away in a day since you been dealing with it your whole life. Some things are just easier for others or most likely your mind makes it seem that way. You just have to be happy with yourself and if you have a mate believe him when he says your body looks great and start having confidence in yourself and image.

honestly, sometimes you just need to lay in bed and just cry it out, because once that is over, you can conquer all your obstacles.
Try to be happy for other people even if you're not doing well you should be happy and encouraging your mom and sister for losing weight. They aren't trying to rub it into your face they're just happy/proud they've done something good.
