Little biceps , that I feel are natural , but guys around me are like oh fuck, her biceps are nice. I think its pathetic.

To me they would need to be at least this big , for me to be slightly impressed.

There's probably a few reasons: they want to be nice to the girl. If she's gonna flex, proud of her fitness/workouts and then we all see she has nothing there, who is going to be the jerk to say 'what muscle? i don't see'. they want to flirt with the girl so they pump her up a little, probably hoping she'll be flirtatious back. they just want to be encouraging for a girl who is willing to workout because they like girls who workout, so they encourage instead of being super realistic.
