Good morning everyone!! I just started working out and it feels so goooodd!!
This is what I did today before work:

- 200 mountain climbers
- 30 push ups
- 2 bear crawls
- 10 burpess
- 50 dips
- 20 bycicle crunches
- 50 jumping jacks
- 1 min wall sit
- 50 squats
- 25 burpess
- 20 push ups
- 100 ab crunches
- 1 min plank

& yes, I did them in that order xD
