Acne HELP!!! What is your daily routine to take care of your skin?

Is there also food that I should avoid? I love milk :(

Cause of acne

- dairy products (not everyone gets acne from dairy. I can drink all the milk I want.)

- clogged pores (take more shower, change pillow cases, wash with cold water, etc)

-workout/sweating (take shower with cols water asap after working out. If it's summer and you are constantly sweating, dry yourself with a towel and take more showers)

- products/ingredients (I am allergic to a lot of ingredients like glycerin, aloe gel, syllacic acid, etc. And almost every products have them aside from oils. So yeah. Patch test. And I use grapeseed oil. Doesn't break me out.)

- poor diet (maybe you are lacking in minerals or vitamis. Go to the doctor and find out.)

- hormonal acne (magnesium oil is said to help with those.)

Also some acne products are said to have ingredients that doesn't completely get rid of acne so you could keep buying the products.

I wash my face with a nourshing facewash and if I have acne, I use Clearasil face toner, which gets rid of it in just 7 days. As for diet, to help get rid of acne, allow yourself to eat everything, just eat junk food and greasy food.
