Am I on the right track to lose weight?

I run about 6-7 miles a day on the treadmill.

AM: Matcha green tea, eggs, Kashi cereal

NOON: Smoothie with spinach, some fruit, chia seeds

PM: String cheese, Peas/carrots or broccoli with chicken, 70% dark chocolate

Throughout the day I munch on Cheezits :( I live at my families house and they have a lot around and its a weakness. Always so hard to resist.
Am I on the right track to lose weight?
