When you run make sure your flutes are firing. Put your hands on them if you don't feel them flex with each step they are firing. Your quads and over powering them so you need to start doing weights to strengthen your flutes and work on your running form. If you start sprinting up hill they will most certainly fire so do repeats.
Take yoga classes focusing on strength and tone. Tell your instructor you want poses that strengthen the glutes. Squats and kettle bell swings works but make sure to keep your butt tucked or they won't fire your quads will over power them with the wrong form. Once your flutes are stronger than your quads it gets a lot easier and you'll have to go by new jeans because none will fit anymore. ☺️

Let me tell you this, squat will absolutely not make your booty bigger than you think. You need to move the three parts in your parts, Gluteus Medius, Gluteus Maximus and Gluteus Minimus and if you want a bigger but, you need to make these three work. I advise squats with weights, the bridge, stair climbing, donkey kicks, lunges and jump squats are really good too. Cardio help to build and firm the butt too. You need to workout 5 times/ week because your button need time to relax between days. Also you can eat food with fat and protein, such as eggs, breast chicken, steak, nuts, avocado and etc.
From personal experience, I would recommend practicing different varieties of squats (weighted and not), as well as lunges, and floor excersises. These are best done along with cardio 5-6 days a week for 30 or more minutes. Examples of these can be found online. Also, pump up is a great app. Hope you reach your goal!
