For me i usually keep track of my diet, yoga and usual gym workouts. I was thinking of joining something like kick-boxing but not sure about it.
Share yours, any particular types or secrets that you have.
Paying attention to what goes in my body, love veggies and chicken. Unhealthy food is extremely rare.
Protein shake [minimum 8 ounces] every morning before my workout and 8 ounces after.
Gym is 5, usually 6 days. Even on my "free" days I'm doing rock climbing, hiking, running, rollerblading, etc. There's never an actual day off.
Meditation when work is stressful, 20 minutes usually puts me back on track.
I am a morning and night yoga person. For 45 and 30 mins respectively.
Gym is a must at my age haha, i go there 4 days a week.
Watching the intake of the diet is important too, especially in the morning :)
I exercise, play sports when the weather is nice, and go bike riding.
