I currently weigh 234 lbs (16st 10lbs) and aim to get myself down to about 190-200 lbs (14st approx). I work out 4 times a week.
its hard simply because i love food lol. right now im craving a doner kebab and a beer and its taking all my will power not to get a take away!
so yeah, those of you who are on a diet, hows it going for you, and do you have any tips/tricks which help you to avoid bad foods/alcohol?
