For the fitness people of Gag: is this enough to get the abs I want?

So im going to study nutrution this fall and im very excited! I have always been into being healthy, sports and fitness in general.

I have always wanted defined abs, but never had the patience, the knowlege or the energy to actually make it happen. Now im mentally prepared and i have been on a three week "diet" untill now which is going well. The only things that have changes in my diet is:
- eating way more vegtables, try to have it with every meal
- a lot of lean meat
- Drinking a lot of water
- Staying away from sugar besides sugar in fruit
- eating more regulary
- only eating whole wheat products and rye bread
- Trying to keep drinking to max 2 times a month

In additon i have started to do more cardio, so i do it twice a week in addition to strength training 2 times a week ( my goal is to workout minimum 4 times a week).

My main goal is to get in the best shape as I can, but im also looking forward to a flatter and more defined stomach.

so is this enough for me to get the ab i want within August this year? Right now im a student so i dont have the capasity to take it the next level yet, but when the summer come i'll have enough time to do so.
