She most likely IS A plus size...

Most plus size people look fat. But she just looks BIG, but not as in fat big.. but rather Broad and giant.

Example: look at her stomach, it's not flabby or round or pudgy, it's mostly smooth down... but wider than smaller girls... and her legs look slim for her size, and show no cellulite... She's just a tall big girl, not fat, but definitely plus size.
