The thing is I really enjoy eating my regular food. I am a vegetarian, BTW! I eat everything exept meat. I eat 3 times a day, but small portions, not because I want to starve myself, but because that is enough for me. I alsoo enjoy eating sweets.
My question is: since I don't want to loose weight, just to gain muscles, can I continue to eat the way I have eaten so far AND workout really really well, or should I try to change my menu?
