If you live in the US, Canada, or Australia, and you are under 18, anything you're actually allowed to buy... will be worthless snake oil.
Trust me.
There are diet pills that work, but, you should view them in the way @consultantisback suggests. Otherwise you can build up a tolerance to them, and then yr REALLY up shit creek.
It is possible to rotate between appetite suppressants responsibly -- like, using one for 6-8 weeks, then another for 6-8 weeks, etc. -- indefinitely. But, that takes a lot of knowledge and self-control, and you should only try it under capable professional supervision (and only once you have exhausted EVERY other option, in terms of weight loss).
And, you shouldn't do anything like that until you are at least 18, or even 20 or 21.
Right now, yr body is still growing and still filling out. Please, just eat enough to allow it to do so.
Plus, ironically, if you get really skinny now, yr weight set-point will be HIGHER for yr entire adult life. This is the result of a complicated cascade of hormones, which is way way too much to explain here... but, in essence, yr body will overcompensate.
Yep.
If you just let yrself exist at normal weight until at least age 18-20, then you can start fucking with crazy diets to yr heart's content. (:

You're under 18.
You should not be doing pills to lose weight.
At your age it's so easy to lose weight. You need to have self control over yummy stuff that attracts your eyes and your mouth. Eat when you're hungry, and not when something smells or looks good. Never eat just to eat. And perhaps he culprit could also be who makes the shopping in your home.
If your cabinets and fridge are full of sugary fattening foods, then it's gonna be really hard for you to achieve your goals.
Use the internet to inform yourself on what's healthy and what's not, then make a list and give it to your mom, more whomever does the shopping, and tell them you want everyone to start eating healthy.
Also if you have gym class at school, do not slack off and just go there to walk like a turtle with friends while you gossip. Instead, use that hour to actually do something while you're there.
Your metabolism right now is wayyyy faster than how it will be later when you're older. So it's better to lose the weight off now, than later. ... cause later it will be that much more difficult.
"I've tried so many things to lose weight "
How consistent are you in these things? It's easy to change your diet and work out for a week or month and give up... unless you're consistent with it then you'll never lose weight.
Also when you're working out, are you pushing yourself to your limits or staying in your comfort zone? Walking vs running on the treadmill etc.
holy shit lol. and you're still young too.
okay you don't need a weight loss pill, what you need to do is diet and exercise, for at least 2 years. It will eventually turn into a lifestyle change for you.
I can safely assume you're not trying hard enough.

In my experience, weight loss pills suck. I tried them once and only took HALF the daily recommended dosage.. and I was so nauseous I barely ate. Granted, I probably would have lost weight if I continued, since I wasn't eating lol, but that's not the right way to do it.
You just need to add cardio exercise to your daily life. It's not going to work unless you're going to stick with it. Just start small, like a 15- minute walk/jog every morning. As for diet, don't deprive yourself. Just let unhealthy food be a treat rather than a common meal
Good luck!Diet pills will not make you "in shape." You know how you get in shape? By getting in shape: eating healthy, working out, getting what you need from your food. What you SHOULD do, rather than pop pills that won't work or will only work temporarily until you plateau, is see a doctor and/or a dietitian. Chances are, you just aren't going about weight loss in the right way to begin with, as most "diets" will have quick weight loss that doesn't last because they are impractical. See a doctor, get some real, healthy advice before you try anything else.
I never believe the " I tried everything but it doesn't work' excuse (unless you have some kind of medical condition like a thyroid problem or so). You're probably over eating without realizing it, start counting your calorie intake.
Also the pills are a joke, they don't work and most of the time, 10 years after they're put on the market we discover negative side effects. You can get addicted if not careful. Try getting better nutrition! And either working out at the gym or at home when you're there. You don't need a bunch of equipment just look up different exercises that don't require anything and if you feel it's necessary to go to a gym find a good one
Healthy diet, and frequent physical activity is how you lose weight. Caloric deficit, sweating often, etc. There's no secret, and it hasn't changed in forever.
Pills help shed some of the last layer stubborn fat/water weight. It can't be a primary element of your fitness goals. Don't fall for the gimmicks.so the best way i have found to lose weight and its gonna make you feel like crap for a bit is to find out how much you wanna get down to and only take in that many calories a day I. e 124 add a 0 to the end 1240 and thats how many calories you should take in a day to drop weight to that with exercise you could probably push 1800 but you need to exercise for at least 30 mins a day
Define 'weight loss pills'. That's a category in a supplement store not a 'thing'.
If it's an all in one weight loss pill, fuck no, nobody should take those piles of crap. Odds are they do nothing, but you might get unlucky.
There are a few types of supplements that do specific things. Some of them can have some use. Most I wouldn't suggest at your age, period.I don't think it is. First. You just don't go to skinny. Not every women are supposed to be this way. Also, pills aren't a way to lose weight in a healthy manner.
Try to exercice and eat in a healthy way."I fucking work out and eat healthy"
You might not be doing as much as you think you are. Weight loss requires a LOT of exercise and commitment to (and knowledge of) healthy eating. You don't need pills, spend the money on a new bike or something. You don't need to be skinny. Some guys like a little weight on a girl. Also you are still young. If you really want to loose weight go to the gym and do cardio or lift.
Have you seen a doctor? Maybe you need a professional help.
No. Not only do they not work, they're dangerous. So unless you're trying to kill yourself, don't take weight loss pills.
@ConsultantIsBack correct me if I am wrong. Weight loss pills really only benefit body builders before a competition right? Few last pounds make you lean and drop any water weight? Lol
It's ok but you should talk to a doctor about it and check the ingredients of the pills because some of them are very bad for you
No. Lose weight more naturally - exercise and smart eating with low carbs and little starches.
First weight loss pills don't work they are just ways to loose money. eat healthy and be active.
no its not okay unless you have theroids or some other disease.
Never!!! The only healthy way is diet and exercise! And you're not even 18. Most women still carry baby fat til 20
How old are you and how much do you weigh?
It's alright if you wanna waste money
