Eating healthy food doesn't mean you will lose weight. Healthy foods can mean many things which I think is fairly often inaccurately described tbh. Regardless, the food you listed can have several nutritional benefits for your body but weight is not entirely related to nutrients you eat. There can be skinny or muscular people that eat foods low in nutritional value, while not being overweight. That is actually very common. A lot of body builders like to eat a lot of meat which can be nutritious but there are other important foods. Many of them eat a lot of protein powder which is heavily processed and mostly only offers protein nutritionally. They may eat a lot of eggs which have some nutritional benefit but they are also high in saturated fat and cholesterol which can lead to heart problems, inflammation and other issues. Many times they eat the cheap quality eggs which have lower nutritional quality, with higher saturated fats and lower omega 3s.
The main factor with losing weight is to eat less calories, regardless if they are "healthy." Olive oil has more nutritional benefit than butter, but both turn into fat in your body. Healthy doesn't equal skinny or muscular.

Fitness is a lifestyle, not a singular event, keep going!
Good diet, eat healthy, sweat as often as possible, go to the gym, have weekly cheat meals to maintain long term motivation. Be patient and dedicated, good luck!
Well i would switch up your diet for one thing, don't be eating the same thing every single day. Are you eating the right amount of calories for your body.. No less then 1,200. You can google how many calories you should be eating. You want to be eating enough so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode and holds on to the fat. I'm 5'4 and I'm sitting at 140 and i eat about 1,500-1,800 calories with losing weight. How often do you work out? And make sure you're not eating processed foods and watch your sugar intake!
i was almost the same size when i started losing weight, what i did was i stopped eating past 5:30. i ate a big breakfast of enough to keep me satisfied and same with lunch and walked to class everyday and climbed the stairs. I lost 30 pounds in like 5 months.

you meal plan sounds fine with your workout plan, all you have to do is keep at it.
Carbs are the enemy... I eat a salad for lunch... I recommend you do the same... land smoothies are full of sugar and actually aren't that good for you... its way too much fruit at one time so avoid them, drink water and green tea instead
You are probably not eating enough. Your body has gone into starvation mode, where it hoards every calorie you take in. Consider eating mostly protein and more often.
A lot of that sounds great. Try adding hot peppers and weight lifting to boost your metabolism more. Also taking African mango can help your body target stomach and thigh fat.
Yeah knock off all carbs, stay under 25 grams of carbs a day. then eat/workout. Thats it
Green tea is good for you, also try to cut down on dairy.
Lay off the bread and blended fruits. Way too many carbs/sugar
reslly? How is that possible?
