Any diet tips? I eat healthy and work out... im 5 ft 3 and 154 pounds and im overweight almost obese. Help?

I eat a banana and apple and blue berrys for breakfast a chicken sandwich with whole grain bread and a home made smoothie (greek yogurt and strawberry and bananas) for lunch and fish and some more fruits and veggies for dinner the meat are in small paportions I eat that amd i do the olipical yoga and tread mil and i run
