Will it hinder my progress?
100ml of wine has about 104 calories if I know right (I'm not sure though), but it's also healthy if you don't drink in excess. So I think it's okay, but I'm not a health nut/gym freak to know for sure.

red wine is actually beneficial to health if that's what you're having.
Plenty of research out there on this topic 90% says it will slow progress
