It's a beginner level workout regimen aimed at total beginners to exercise. It doesn't do much for your body. What it does do is get you mentally accustomed to the idea of following a strict day to day workout regimen without fail. If that's not an area where you struggle (the mental aspect of planning and keeping to your workout regimen) or you're not an absolute beginner to exercise then it's not for you. In terms of changing your body you won't see much from it because again that's not the point of the program. It's training yourself mentally to become accustomed to the rigors of following a day to day workout regimen without fail and incorporating it into your daily planning. What exactly are your goals?
