Such a rapid form of starvation will make it hard for your body to adjust. I suggest taking it step by step to lower your calorie intake and keep in mind you need essential nutrients for your body to function well.
To lose weight you lower you intake of carbs which include cereals, breads, anything with grain food or starch in it. So no potato chips or pizza or anything like that. Also lowering sugary foods will help a lot since sugar makes you hungry and also overworks your pancreas. It also converts into glucose faster as an energy source which leaves your fat stores unused. Your fat needs to be burned as energy so you lose weight.
You can check what your intake is by looking at the nutrition label of food packaging. Eat lots of vegetables and fruit. You can eat protein but its more important that you eat more veggies. With the protein that you do eat, keep it light and drain the fat from it if you cook it. If you eat at a restaurant or something just order a fish since its low on fat and the fat it does have is rich in omega 3. Its normal to feel hungry when you lower your calorie intake since your body is trying to adjust. Also incorporate exercise as well
You need to eat wasabi with your food more often, it cleans out your system and your sinus when ingesting a large quantity.
Here's my wasabi ingesting method.
Take a thumbnail amount and place on tongue quickly hit tongue against ceiling of your mouth while pushing forward a couple times and the sting should fade a bit then swallow.
You should feel your insides bubbling up a bit, but that's proof that it's working.
Wasabi is a natural root medicine that I add to everything I eat and drink (not recommended).
Take small portions each time if you don't like the sting. But it's awesome when you eat it in thumbnails.
Don't drink water, it'll ruin the effects. I assure you, wasabi is a better weight lost method.
The fastest way to drop the most visible weight (incl water weight), in a week, is to jump right down to 0 sodium and 0 carbs... or as close as possible.
In 1 week of that, you can easily shed 10-15lbs depending on yr height.
I mean, the vast majority of that is fake-ass water weight loss, but I gather that's acceptable here.

it's in your mind. Nobody made you loose it, you make yourself do it. Of course it's an unhealthy way to loose weight, but also there is an unhealthy mindset behind it. Why do you feel you 'need' to loose it in a week? My mindset is I'll loose the weight however long it takes

If it's soup that you buy in a package, you can read how many calories you get pr portion. Then you can find out what your daily consumption of calories should be (approx. about 2000Kcal, if you're over 60kg). Then you can find out, how many calories you burn passively and that's the least you should eat! The calories you eat, minus the ones you burn, you can compared to what you normally eat and the difference in calories should be easy to translate to kgs you'll lose
Though things like drinking cold water and eating celery is much easier and healthier
Depends on your current weight , metabolism and calorie intake a day, if you are already eating very little you are not going to loose much.
What I would suggest is doing cardio or High intensity interval train (HIIT) with proper diet on a regular basis

Keeping fit is a lifestyle it is not something you do temporally, it is Every hour of Everyday, no days off. Consistincy in exercise and diet. And that means somedays you have to wake up at 4am to workout before you go to school/work because it if you don't you are going to gain all the weight back/ loose all your gains.
Count the calories of the soup and then put it in one of those calorie counter app to check.
by the way, I heard if people don't take enough calories they stop losing weight.
Also, make sure you get your vitamins and minerals.

Yes you'll lose weight quickly with a liquid diet, but you'll gain it back right away once you start eating solid foods. If you're serious about losing weight, its about diet and gym for an hour 3 times a week.
No you are right - That is not healthy or safe - Much better to do a healthy calorie controlled diet with exercise

Errr you need three meals a day or five small ones. Not just a soup a day

Your body will go into survival mode after about day 3 and you won't loose any weight then when you start eating your body will consume more calories making you put on more weight than originally
If youndo pilates you can be fitter than normal. Your muscle will be fit and this is Healty.
