It can be extremely healthy if done correctly. I definitely recommend reading How Not To Die by Dr. Michael Greger and The Starch Solution by Dr. John McDougall. They will teach you how to eat a vegan diet properly and about the science behind it, but essentially, this food pyramid explains it pretty well.

Cons: I can't really think of anything. If there's something, it's not important enough for me to care about it more than I care about the animals, the environment, and my health. Sometimes I miss certain foods, but it's not a big deal because I can just make or buy a vegan version of it. Sometimes I get sad about how animals are treated, but more and more people go vegan every day, so it makes me hopeful.
Benefits I've experienced: My skin is the best it's ever looked, my nails grow stronger than before, I don't really get bad B. O. anymore which is weird but good lol, I've lost over 20 pounds and am still losing, I get to eat as much as I want, more energy, amazing digestion, no more PMS symptoms, and it just feels really good to know that I'm doing the best I can to help animals and the environment.

I've been vegan since September and to be honest, it's way easier than it sounds. It's also one of the healthiest diets if you know what you're doing.
Lol vegans are kind of pussies. Start watching this guy called Vegan Gainz on youtube and he has made me hate all of them.
