Overweight should never be shunned but also not encouraged?

I AM SO SORRY IF THIS BUGS ANYONE THIS IS NOT INTENDED TO BE HURTFULL STRICTLY MEDICAL Because many beautiful women and handsome men in overweight sizes. But is it right that it's being encouraged and celebrated for people who are not happy with it and pushing people to accept and embrace their weight even though they could change it? I know what's it's like to not be able to control what and how much you eat (always hungry never full) I know what's it's like to be physically unable to exercise (head injury) I know what it's like to be emotionally unstable to exercise (agoraphobia (anxiety so bad you are scared of leaving house) I used to weigh 185 maybe more.. Now standing at 158 I always thought I feel good I feel fine but when I lost weight 3 yeArs ago and was 145 I felt AMAZING. I always had good bloodwork and blood pressure being overweight, but when I lost my
weight I was no longer nauseous every day no longer tired everyday so much energy and self esteem was better. Now at 158 I can feel those things coming back, I am now working on losing weight because 153 seems perfect ideal for energy/healthy feeling. But anyways. I didn't even know I was fat until I saw pictures and didn't know I could feel healthier after I lost the weight.. But am I being too mean by trying to promote that this shouldn't be a great thing and something people should settle for and accept if they are feeling down about it?

This is strictly for people who feel bad about themselves. I feel bad about my image right now...
