Yeah, that happens to me sometimes. Make sure to drink plenty of water and stay away from liquids that can dehydrate you such as coffee and alcohol.
Try to get at least 7-8 hours rest and you should be fine.

Why are you going to bed at 5am, that's not a good time to go to bed and has health risks, maybe try and get a better sleeping pattern would help.
Yeah, if you get enough sleep, you will probably go back to normal. I suggest changinf your sleeping habits though and going to bed earlier, the best sleeping hours are much earlier than 5 am
Drink some water before you go to bed and get a good nights sleep. You'll look normal tomorrow
