Situps, v-ups, russian twists and crazy Ivans will help with abs. You'll probably have to look up a few of the exercises though. Eat veges and little bit of lean meat before you workout. That'll give you calories to burn. Have some fruit after you workout to help you recover. This is some of what I do to keep in shape. Not necessarily what will work for others

There is nothing you can do that will see noticeable results in one week aside from losing water weight which will return in a few days. It would take a month minimum to see results you would actually notice if you actually wanted to lose fat/weight.
I've tried low carb dieting and it's always worked well. I've lost close to 30 lbs since August (it would have been more if I hadn't cheated a bit over the holidays). Not sure how much it'll help in just a week though, or how much weight you're planning to lose.

Crunches & leg lifts tone your abs. You need to do cardio and eat healthy on top of that to burn enough fat to make your abs more visible. Don't be afraid to use weights, too!
To get abs just pretty much watch what you eat and work on cardio exercises haha.
