I don't know if I'm doing them wrong, or it's because my butt is already a bit big to start, and that's why it makes it smaller. But how tf do girls get nice butts from nothing, like when they start out with Taylor Swift and then go to JLo shape? Is it fake?
I don't like squats lol Even more reason for me to continue being lazy and stop working out.
And then leg day leaves me sore af. I hate it. UGGGHHHHH
Does anyone else experience this?
I don't believe most "before and after" squat challenges. If anything, my butt looks like the after, and after I'm done with the squat challenge, I look like the before. I think I'm better off sticking to my masa and grasa, the good old fashion Mexican way of getting a booty lol
