Then I'll workout
Later I plan on having a green juice, raw almonds, avocado and salmon
cut out cereal altogether, even if its advertised as "whole grain", cereal is just shit, well mostly lol.
look up the nutrition facts, that cereal might be loaded with sugars and artificial flavoring and shit. oatmeal would be a better option, and you can't always go wrong with a nice hearty breakfast of eggs, whole wheat toast, and maybe a slice of ham with a banana.
as for the banana itself, don't worry, its natural sugars, just don't eat too much of anything and you'll be fine. within moderation is key. plus bananas aid with soreness/cramps, in my experience at least.
so whole wheat toast instead of cereal then? sounds doable. whenever j wake up in the morning i CRAVE cereal so its a weakness but i think having plain whole wheat toast with my eggs could replace it
yeah if you want something sweet then try to find a good healthy sweetener, like you can put honey and banana slices on your toast, honey is a whole food and has around 22 calories per tablespoon, it's not bad at all.
No, you need to burn more calories than you consume if you're trying to lose weight or body fat
Thanks for the MHO man!
That's not enough food. Good choices, though. I wouldn't worry so much about carbs at the start of the day, particularly if you plan to work out. Better to have it early so that you have all day to burn them off. If you're concerned about it, add more protein and veggies to your diet. Veggies make a great in between snack that are low cal.

Bananas are fine. Very good after a workout. Plenty of fibre and contains potassium. What's in the green juice? Do not have fruit juice as it's full of fructose.
i make it myself just kale spinach celery arugula some seeds lemon and blueberries
Sounds fine. Pure fruit juice is a no-no, but what you're doing sounds ok. I think I'd prefer to eat it as it is rather than juice it, though.
Is that all you plan on eating for the day? Not enough at all
what else should I eat?
Calculate your TDEE and BMR at fitness websites. Eat enough to meet those goals
You need more food since you are also working out.
You have no clue what you're talking about
@ShayanMortazavi1 fuck off, no one invited you to my comments, can't you just leave me alone?
