I know all about healthy snacks because health foods are my first love! I even know a few things about weight loss because my sister and I are very close and she has lost 20ibs recently (yay!) and is dedicated to eating healthy as well.
Recently I've become addicted to Target's Snapea Crisps! Target sells these awesome Snapea Crisps, which are peas and rice baked into little chips. They come in ceaser dressing flavor, or black pepper for 99 cents each. They fit in a purse easily, a perfect snack for the movies.
Another yummy option are carrots, cucumbers, and spinach dip for dipping. Go to the farmers market or health food store and pickup some multicolored carrots (the purple ones are my favorite, because they are a little sweet and a little bitter at the same time and really cute!) You don't need a lot. Slice the carrots and cucumber into sticks, then set in a tupperware with divided sections. Next, blend hummus and spinach with a little milk or water in a food processor. Scoop the dip into the other section of the tupperware. Woolah! You've got some yummy, non-messy dip n stix to bring with you to the movies. Whole carrots being sliced are better than presliced or mini carrots because they have less sugar in them and more vitamin A. A homemade hummus dip is better than storebought too, because it comes without preservatives and extra fats or sugars.
Finally, another option are reduced fat crackers and hot-pepper sauce. If you like a little heat, this is a great option too because hot peppers do something special that triggers the body to use up fat, and the crackers will be tasty and not contribute any fat either.
Personally, I'd snack on slices of red bell pepper. I like the sweet taste, and it's not messy at all. Plus all you need to make it is a bell pepper, knife and cutting board- and a bag to take the slices in.

Dried fruit raisins , mango dried is a real treat.
Another thing that very different and refreshing is frozen sweet graves.
A baggie of carrots or apple slices. Any fruit or raw veggies that can be eaten in the dark & without a huge mess, actually.
