I mean, I'm one of those people who's cold ALL THE TIME -- like, not only do I think 30ºF is cold, but I think flippin' 30ºC is cold, LOL -- and even I don't think you should wear the snow pants.
You know what the point of those is, right?
The point of snow pants is to be worn when...
... you DON'T move,
... the wind DOES move.
That's the point of snow pants. They are meant to protect you while you are basically standing there on a pair of skis. If you try to walk 3.5 miles in them, you will be cursing the day you were born by mile 0.5.
If it was me? I'd wear the leggings, and I'd wear the legwarmers on top of them.
Then, if I got too warm (ahahahhahahahhahaha good one!) I'd just roll down the legwarmers.
So, yep, this means there's just a pair of leggings between yr upper legs and the elements.
This is ok, though. That part of yr body doesn't have tons of temperature receptors, so, even if yr thighs are cold, you won't feel a lot of discomfort.
Trust me, you will be fine -- I am long and lean and perpetually cold, and I survived the cruel joke that is Montréal winter wearing pretty much exactly this kind of stuff every day. (I only lived there for a year.) Just keep yr hands and ears covered, and it's all good. (:

I mean, the outfit overall is cute, but I think you're going to get too hot after wearing all of that for a while. It may feel nice when you initially walk outside, but the exercise will help you warm up. I would lose at least one of the jackets and one pair of the pants. I think regular tennis shoes/sneakers would be fine as well instead of the boots.
Dress in layers so you can strip some off if you get hot. Wear a thermal top and bottom. (I have no idea why Google says no cotton - cotton is fine for thermals at least.)
The mittens will be warmer than the gloves with fingers. But at 30 degrees either should be fine.
If it's windy, you might want a wool scarf. But if you wear a hood you might not need it. Personally I'd prefer a scarf rather than a hood. Just wear a separate hat with the scarf. That combination should be fine well below zero.
It's hard to tell form the picture, but those boots look horrible. Just wear regular walking shoes. You don't need boots.
If this is a walking club, I assume you will be talking. If you wear that hat you won't be able to hear anything. Unless you really have no tolerance for cold, you can just wear a beanie and be fine.
I think that's too much. I personally would get too hot in all of that. You're gonna be walking, so your body is gonna get warmer, so I'd recommend you to at least lose one of the pants.
I don't know how cold you get, but for 30 degrees, that's too much clothes for me.
Besides that, it looks good.

I would say that's an appropriate outfit. I am assuming by 30 degrees you mean Fahrenheit :P because that outfit would definitely not be appropriate for 30 degrees celsius! :P
don't bother with the winter pants or the hat, wear sneakers and only wear one sweater and the jacket...
Wear this:

If you get cold, walk faster.Make sure whatever you wear has reflective markings on it so people in cars can see you if you plan to walk early when it is still dark.
Yes everything is good for that type of weather
