Check in the mirror, take a pic without a shirt week after week, and you'll b able to tell if your gaining or losing weight

I call it the measuring pants, I always use it as an indicator if I lost or gained weight.

Pull out the measuring tape. Also if you feel like your clothes have "shrunk" is a good indicator.
