I would say the easiest way to get started would be to go to a weight doctor. They can help a lot with different types of medications and such. For short term weight loss this is likely the easiest way to go. It isn't cheating as a lot of people seem to think it is. This is a medical issues and there is nothing wrong with seeing a doctor for a medical issue.
To make sure you don't gain the weight back you need to work on improving your diet. Make meal plans, and keep track of all the food and drinks you actually consume so you can see where your trouble areas are. Slowly start cutting back on the types of foods you want to cut out, and start working healthier foods into your diet. If you change your eating habits too much too soon, you are more likely to give up.
I would also advise a cheat day. This helps you mentally so that you don't feel like you can never have the foods you love again.
You can not work out until you are thin. I know a lot of people will disagree, but the fact is the more calories you burn the hungrier you will get. Working out is great for your health, but it alone can't solve your weight problem. Instead you will just fall off of your diet, as your hunger grows from working out. Very few people have the willpower to starve themselves thin, and not gain the weight back soon afterwards.
The key here is changing your diet not killing yourself in the gym. There are lots of low calorie vegetables that will fill you up. I don't care how much you over eat on celery, you will never get fat from it. This is the problem with most diets. You should never feel hungry on a diet, because you should constantly be eating so many low calorie vegetables that you feel full.
There is actually a respected vegetarian that has studied many different diets and thinks this is why so many people do well on Atkins. They use fat to flavor vegetables and then fill up on vegetables instead of foods high in carbs that often don't fill us up.
Whether you go high carb, or low carb, you have to eat plenty of low calorie, vegetables that are packed with all sorts of nutritional benefits, to fill you up, and to give you the proper nutrition. Often not getting the right nutrition alone can make a person have cravings as their body keeps trying to make you eat, so that it can get the vitamins and minerals that it is low in.
Cut out processed foods. There is evidence that these commonly increase a persons hunger levels for a variety of reasons.
Most Helpful Opinions
1. Be nice to yourself. Being bullied by an asshole isn't good motivation for most people even when you're the asshole bullying yourself.
2. Learn to appreciate your body. And by that I don't necessarily mean force yourself to like the way you look. I mean recognize that this is probably the only body you're gonna get. It's not a bad body and even if it was it's still the only one you got so stop comparing it to others and start caring for it. Treat it like a prized possession clean it, give it the right kind of materials it needs to function, use it to keep it in as best a shape as possible. Love your body. Which goes back to number 1. You can't love your body if you're being a jerk to yourself.
3. Stop looking for magic bullets. No short cuts, no magic words, or formulas. There's literally only one thing that works. You just gotta do it. It sounds simple but it's actually pretty tough. You don't need to force yourself to do it or entice yourself to do it you just gotta do it. When you try and trick your brain into doing stuff it's like a little kid. They automatically assume that if you're trying to trick them into doing something they probably won't like it. Most people tend to just come home and flip on the TV. It's habitual. There's no thought involved. brushing your teeth is the same way. Most regular excercisers feel this way. They didn't start out that way but they've gotten so used to it that not working out feels weird and undesirable. But before it becomes a habit it's a series of tiny battles. The battle isn't between your desire to lose weight and your desire to eat cake. It's between all your unproductive brain chatter and simply moving. You've gotta learn how to look at all your excuses and reasons and reluctance and just say "shut up I don't care we're going now". You've gotta fight your old self everyday. And eventually everything will get on the same page and you'll be thanking yourself for just going to do it.
4. Some tips to keeping it all together. Have a fitness plan. Like a pre devolved work out program or a friend who knows a little more than you. Follow there schedule at first. Don't get upset at yourself for having a lackluster day but encourage yourself to push. It's just like getting up and going you've gotta shut down all the excess brain chatter and just go for it. Expect it to be exhausting but remember the more you keep trying day after day the higher your tolerance for exertion builds. Reward yourself. Just don't quit.
First and foremost, stop the name calling, shaming and put downs. You have to change your mindset and think: This baby is a hot mama. etc, etc.
How to: It's quite simple. You either reduce what you eat every day and exercise OR exercise so much that there is a calorie deficit each night you go to bed.
In other words, you need to let your body start consuming energy reserves (the glycogen stored all around your body). People talk about changing what you eat, but to be frank, some muscle builders can eat pizza and rubbish all day and still lose weight. It's the amount you exercise and expend which determines whether you have fat stores remaining around your body. Use the fat stores, don't add to them and you'll lose the weight! Simple.
So, to start. Start exercising a certain amount each day and aim not to eat more than you normally eat.
Where changing your food habits comes in, is that healthier options are natural, wholesome and fuel to the body. They can be lower in fat (but not all) and you can eat more of lets say fruit and veg and eat very few calories (energy calories). Your body also uses wholesome food differently to processed. Your body sees most processed foods as garbage therefore no nutrients to draw from. That results in more fat stored in your body as your body doesn't know where to put the waste...
Drinking water helps to get rid of waste and toxins hence why it's good that you drink lemon water if possible. (Good liver cleanser)
Just a few thoughts to put forward to you.
To start, don't call yourself that, it will make you think almost forever your a "fat ass" even when your trying not to be. This might slower your progress (negative self talk) . But start up by doing an exersise that doesn't hurt you, but you actually enjoy, something that your going to want to do the next day or the next day after that that will make you feel comfortable. Constantly weigh yourself, what part of the days are you most heavy and days wen your not heavy? Keep track of it and make sure you eat in proper times. I'm not telling you to not eat what you already do, just balance it out. Its easy burning calories and if you burn more than you take in one day then your good. Don't make it a chore or rush. Just find something to disract you from food when your bored, find something to be really into like YouTube videos lol just remember, people want to be fit but don't wanna put in the work.

75 lbs? holy shit
now that be some body goals
the traditional diet and exercise is a good start.Walking and jogging are truly the winners if you're out of shape. Going for length of activity rather than physically exhausting yourself is what burns fat. Treadmill in gyms paired with lighter weights can do a significant portion of work for you if you prefer that environment.
Body combat, Zumba, dancing and swimming would be good more "focused" activities if you prefer that.
Lastly I do want to point out that there is, to most of us going to the gym, few things as inspirational as seeing someone who's clearly not fit making the life changing decision of taking control of their own physique. You might have to deal with a couple of friendly inquiries on whether or not you want any help, but rest assured the majority of people there will be secretly cheering you on.
Finally, making this journey is about not compromising. You will want to tell yourself that it is okay to skip a day or two, that is how you fall out of a positive routine - Don't.
Be uncompromising in your exercise and you will get results. I also want to point out that change can start today, within minutes. There is absolutely nothing stopping you from getting a pair of shoes on and going for a walk or jog. Do it, now if you can. After that feel free to be a good girl and let us know you're getting right on it. Inspire Gag ;)Forget fad diets. They don't work long term. What you need is a change in eating habits. Start with small changes that you'll hardly notice. They are the things that are sustainable for life. DON'T drink pure fruit juices. They sound healthy, but they're full of fructose (fruit sugar). Change from full fat milk to semi-skimmed. Then maybe skimmed. Always go for low fat products like "Lighter Than Light" mayo. Eat 3 meals a day. DON'T skip any. The internet will tell you how to balance carbs, protein, fruit and veg, dairy, and fats.
Exercise:- You only need to INCREASE your walking by 30 minutes a day. Gradually work up to fast walking. Don't go for fast walking straight away. In 30 minutes you can burn 150 cals easily. That's 1050 cals a week. 1lb in weight is roughly equivalent to 3500 cals. So in 4 weeks, you will have burned up over 1lb. Doesn't sound much, but the important thing is that it is SUSTAINABLE!I lost my baby weight by using my fitness pal for the first few months until I had a good idea about nutrition and potion sizes and could guess close to how many calories I was eating. I believe in moderation, not fad diets or restrictions. Then I Googled how to lift weights the best way, correct form and exercises that would blow my knees or shoulders out.
Gym gym gym... work and sweat them treadmills girl... after that.. tone out with a few weights... and many reps.
Don't eat bread. Don't eat pastries. Plus take up martial arts. Honestly the most effective combination for weight loss and looking hotter the fastest.
Haven't really gone through with this but I've helped one of my friends to get fit cause I've always been fit cause I'm playing soccer almost everyday (not on the winter) but I go to the gym. But try to eat healthy DO NOT starve yourself try to eat more vegetables and fruits and I'm sure you'll be fine
To make it as simple as possible... calories in vs calories out
My personal favourite is a low carb/keto diet... keep in mind that weight lose is about 70% diet and 30% gym
If you have any specific question give me a pmLearn how to read good labels, eat less and sweat often
Slowly and steadily. Research a non-fad diet that will help you along the way
You need to start inside. You won't lose weight at the gym if you don't change your thinking no matter how long you go.
But we like fat asses, as long as the shape is good. Hows the shape? Is it round?
cardio weights and diet and your good to go.
i love big ass:)
