My current job today doesn't permit that I exercise as much. How can I manage to incorporate more exercise as I walk to and from work most days? I come home prepare the meals for the family and have study to do. It would be interesting if someone can calculate what 30,000 steps is in hours. I am purchasing a weight vest and want to do some walking exercises at home using online dvds. Any other ideas? We have a gym in our apartment but we're usually too pooped at the end of the day to use it. It opens at 7am but we're already en route to work by 7:30am/8am. Any thoughts is helpful.
