Thank you.
I walk for 60-65 mins 5 days in the week and weigh 75kg. Height is 5ft 4. I can recall walking about 30,000 steps in a 5 xweek and weighing 62-64 kg?
Thank you.
"I have a separate one which carries my oatmeal with berries on top.
I have a purple (large) box for fruit.
I put soup or recently irish stew in the (large) green box.
I have some rye crackers with me.
I've used the small yellow box (1/4 cup) for cake (no always eaten).
I use other boxes for more fruit."
-You got loads of sugar, sugar, and sugar. Carbohydrates are packed with calories and the majority of your meal is composed of it. You should consider dropping your fruits down, throw out the cake, and putting in more vegetables and meats...
"I do have a sugar tooth though and may eat some candy but not always."
-No, stop buying candy entirely. Throw out what you have. You're just wasting time by eating candy.
'Oh it's only 100 calories though'
-Don't kid yourself, those 100 calories add up and over a month you may have consumed well over 10k calories. DO NOT BUY sweets.
"It would be interesting if someone can calculate what 30,000 steps is in hours"
That would depend on land-speed. D=rt and all that.
Run up and down stairs for 10 mins a day I guarantee you will lose weight. The incline will help you build endurance. And if you really want to lose weight you can't make excuses like being tired. You can always rest but try waking up at 4 am and walk or run up and down stairs eventually your mindset will change fro making excuses to actually challenging yourself
Why not cut down on your calories if you don't have time to exercise?
What I've been doing recently is using the 21 day boxes to carry my food for the day (until work is done). I have a separate one which carries my oatmeal with berries on top. I have a purple (large) box for fruit. I put soup or recently irish stew in the (large) green box. I have some rye crackers with me. I've used the small yellow box (1/4 cup) for cake (no always eaten). I use other boxes for more fruit. Once home, my portions may be bigger so I'm trying to taper these down. I do have a sugar tooth though and may eat some candy but not always. I really can't see how cutting my food down further is reasonable other than the dinner portions and the dessert eaten. hmm..
All I know is that fitness results take diet and exercise and it's 80% diet.

I think you'd be better off finding exercises you can do at your desk while sitting.
