okay, if you like things spicy, add tobasco sauce on your veggies. if you like ketchup, just add a little bit of ketchup on it and smear it all over. it makes worlds difference and makes eating vegetables more enjoyable if you hate vegetables.
you can try stir fry but honestly cooking vegetables in most ways depletes a lot of the nutrients in them, which makes it almost pointless to eat them to begin with, so its best to just eat it raw with a little bit of a sauce for taste.

cook cut up boneless chicken breast. marinade with Italian dressing cook chicken get a bag frozen mixed veg (i use broccoli , cauliflower, carrot mix cook in same pan as chicken cook untill hot in tender serve over rice.
Add some spinach and kale into a smoothie. The fruit will overpower the vegetables, so you won't taste them. Explore different ways of cooking your vegetables as well. When I started cooking for myself, I found that I hated certain vegetables when they were cooked a certain way, so I found new ways of cooking them that improved their flavour.
I love stir fry. Asian recipes are really delicious and use lots of veggies :)

Grill or roast them! Grilled aspargus is awesome! Roasted peppers are superb!
Juice em and mix em with juiced fruits.
