Pushups, which works pecs and triceps. Make sure not to flare your elbows out. In terms of how far they are sideways they should not pass where your hands are.
Your body is in a planking position so make sure you get that right.
Do wide to target chest. Narrow to target triceps. You can try going down, hold it for a few seconds, before coming back up. You can put your feet up on a chair to make it harder but then I think the focus moves towards your deltoids and upper chest.

You could do elevated diamond pushups, tricep dips, or both. I work out at home and my guns are all the evidence you need ;)
Back of your arms? ... Do you mean triceps? If so, I'd suggest dips, push ups, or buy a dumbbell to do overhead tricep extensions.
this is tissue sagging in the means of aging. u gun be dun goofd soon.
