Can somebody tell me what is that on my face?

Hi, I just want to know what is that thing on my face? This is a small, which is looks like pimple but it's not. It is actually filled with whitish thing, when I use needle to blast this thing a sort of dry larva egg type comes off in total it's not like a white puss came out. And it is hard and you literally you can't blow or destroy it with nails; you need a needle. Is there any thing rfelated to Cashew? Whenever I used to eat Cashew after month or two it comes on my face. If I don't blow them using needle it remains on my face for longer days I waited till more than 7 months, it doesn't goes off.

P. S. When I blow it with needle it takes some days and then you can't even tell that it was there. :)

iT'S VERY SMALL in size, if you come closer to my face then only you can see it.

It's still a pimple. Just an accumulation of oil and dead skin cells.

It's not a cyst, but the contents are similar. Cysts are self-contained balls of dead skin cells, pus and oil. Cysts generally aren't squeezed out like a pimple because it has a thick cyst wall so they are usually removed as a whole lump (via surgery or incision).
