To begin with, 500 calories is NOT ENOUGH. Although lowering your calorie intake will eventually lead to weight loss, it is one of the most unhealthy way to do so. The best way is to eat LESS (of course not excessively) than you would normally (with no weight loss in mind). Your body still needs you to give it food, nutrients and LOVE. Diminish your portions, eat less red meat. Try to snack more instead of three big meals. Also, drinking a ton of water and lots of fruits and veggies will help fill your stomach :) Stay safe xx

Are you trying to be anorexic or something? I'd think 170 for your height would be pretty thin as you are now, why would you need to lose more weight? My brother is about your size and he's very slim
