How to MAKE yourself hungry?

SO! I recently posted a question asking for running tips because I was going to start running. And I have, today was my second day. It went alright.

Obviously nutrition is a big part of fitness, but I have a problem where I just... don't get hungry. I maybe just BARELY cleared 300 calories by the end of the day yesterday.

Today, I've only had half a glass of milk. Haven't been hungry for food. Already went on my run.

I know I NEED to eat, but I don't have any... desire to. I don't feel hungry.
How to MAKE yourself hungry?
