Look, so when you're sleeping you go through cycles. In it's essence you're either in deep REM sleep or light sleep. You cycle through these 2 types as you sleep and preferably you want to be woken up during a cycle of light sleep.
Ever slept just a few hours but felt awake and energized? It's because you woke up during a light sleep cycle as opposed to a deep sleep cycle.
It's nothing to be concerned about just make sure you're getting the hours you need and you'll be fine. Sometimes you just have to embrace the suck.

I'm sure your fine, sometimes when u oversLee u still feel tired & sometimes sick. It could be that u didn't sleep well or maybe u needed more sleep cuz ur deprived. Could be several normal reasons, so don't worry. :)
This is really something you need to talk about with your doctor. It can be so many things that there's no way for us to just guess in the dark.
