I drink tap water 99% of the time and I get a lot of compliments on how great my skin is. Keep in mind that where I live, Canada, has the cleanest tap water in the world basically so there's no real reason to need to have it filtered or anything but yeah, be careful with buying any water from stores. They're usually filled with preservatives, sugar (ie. Vitamin water and that whole bunch), or who knows what in the flavoured waters.

try honey masks along with your 8 cups a day. Make sure you wash your face 2 times a day and after each time you're cleaning whatevers in your pores, and then closing them back up once they're clean. Also, it could just be hormones so even with all this effort you might still get a few spots here and there.
I hear water from bottles is even worse than boiled tap water since regulations are not strict on bottled water. I'd say if can't use toner, use cold water to clothes those pores so dirt doesn't get in
Any water with natural minerals in it. Evian and Fiji are the only ones I can think of at this time.

Yes, that is true. I started drinking nothing but water, and within 2 months my terrible acne cleared completely! I only picked bottled water, didn't matter about the brand. And the Neutrogena pink grapefruit scrub helped as well!
I think just water unleaded no fluoride is good. So no tap water if you can help it.
