I feel like it gets rid of my cravings. for only 2 cals a mint or sugar free gum 5 cals a peice. that can't be bad a couple times a day right? i got sour mints and strawberry gum so i have some flavor after all the celery and cucumber im eating. also another trick is drinking a cup of green tea every time u feel like snacking. please tell me any tricks u have too!
I'd go with sugar free gym to help with going out [movies, etc]. Mints, be ware of sugar, because that adds up.
This is to help cravings right? You aren't skipping meals?

Your entire approach sounds flawed. If you're not eating a well balanced diet you're always going to have cravings no matter how much gum you chew or tea you drink.
