Okay, so for a very long time I've had problems sleeping at night. My mom has told be stories about how I'd never go to sleep, and I'd be awake for days before ever getting some rest. It got to the point where I had to be taken to the hospital from passing out while walking and such. I had to go on a sleeping medication called Melatonin. I had to take like 4 pills just to be tired. The problem for sleeping went away. Yet my problem has yet again risen. I rarely ever go to sleep at night, it's always during the day. I feel most comfortable during the day, and my anxiety acts up mostly during nighttime. So I find it extremely difficult to get some rest at night. I've looked up a whole bunch of things on how to go to sleep quicker, or how to become more tired, or like preparing yourself for bedtime. I've tried almost everything and nothing seems to work. I'm really struggling here, I'm going back to school in the next few days and I really want to be able to get some rest before it begins. Any suggestions?
