I didn't vote because it's confusing as there are some exercises I love and there are some exercises I just don't like.
I love sports. It's fun. One of the best things I'd do on this planet. I still remember how happy I was when I was in school. We guys used to play basketball a lot and we never lost. Good old days. Sports are more than a mere exercise. It needs/has skills, teamwork, equipments, strategies, suspense, thrill, history, rules, enthusiasts, practice (to perform some maneuvers) etc. So, these things make it a fun activity.
Cycling is amazing. I'm one of a few people who REALLY know how mesmerising experience it is. (Because) Unfortunately, I cannot ride a bicycle because I never had one in my life. Sometimes, I got an opportunity to use my friends' cycle only to realise that how much fun I missed in my life. Cycling is an art, a skill and an effort to enjoy a new adventure.
Swimming is often called as the best exercise a human being could do. It is a complete body exercise. One day, I'll learn swimming and complete one more task of my bucket list. I can't say how fun is it but I know, it should be totally worth it.
I go to the gym and I don't enjoy it at all, but I have to. It's now a body requirement, otherwise I'd become obese, diabetic and unattractive. I got results. I managed to reduce 3 inches of my waistline in just three months this year and I didn't even try hard. I had several cheat days, diet containing a substantial fat and sugar content and I wasn't even that punctual but still... I did it AND I didn't enjoy it.
I think that's because this is not a natural form of exercise like sports and swimming are. Maybe that's the factor. A man lifting weight in a factory and a man lifting weight in the gym, both are fit, but they have significant differences. One is doing it for his livelihood. He is earning money while another is spending money to get the body former has.
So, exercises done in the gym and exercises done as sports or other work has so much difference.
I think that's why you, I and people like us don't enjoy such kind of exercises.

The key to exercise: the stuff you hate is the best for you because it fucks you up. I actually fear leg day... seriously, because I always push my self and a set of squats, deadlifts and weighted lunges kill you. But I do it. Do I enjoy it? No. Why do I do it? Because I feel ugly if I don't. Insecurity pushes me and I'm relentless. Been non-stop for 7 years and on and off before that. But the cruelest irony for men: personality gets women, not 6 packs and v-lines. So I'm back at the drawing board. But that fear of being ugly always gets me into the gym. I bench 100kg. Good times
Yes! Just depends, like you said. Currently training for a 5k and, while I'll be able to jog it, I'll probably drop the jogging after I finish the race. I can mountain bike indefinitely and enjoy things like tennis too. Treadmill is okay if I have music to listen to, and I prefer actual bike riding to spinning.
Yes I love exercising. I do things that I love and can have fun at the same time and I can also lose weight. Dancing going on nature walks ( 1 mile or sometimes 2 ) and of course bike riding. I honestly hate running I have been losing weight without having to run.

I don't enjoy exercising when I know it's exercising. When it's just fun active shenanigans that I like then it's much better. For example; going to the gym is stupid / painful to me. Riding a bike for 50-miles or more or rock climbing or swimming all day now that's a good time; and good exercise.
Sure if you're wanting to focus on a portion of your body (bulk up the arms or legs or butt cheeks) then the gym probably makes sense. If you're just looking ramp up cardio and get healthy overall just go do something you like thats active and enjoy itThe only form of exercise I can do without either getting bored or feeling shitty is sports playing, and really that's localized to dodgeball.
I used to jog, but I never got to the point where I enjoyed it. I still lift weights two or three times a week, but I'm not really growing muscle and I don't enjoy it much. How would one not enjoy exercising! I workout like 3 or 4 times a day. It's addicting! I run swim bike do yoga and lift. Most of my best friends are also into working out. It had a great social aspect to it. Running with other people and biking is so much fun!
I try extremely hard to enjoy exercising. I have a treadmill computer desk and a video line up on windows media. And I have this trampoline, a re bounder. And I am soon going to get some video games like a ps3 and controllers. I really try to like it. But I really hate it.
I do enjoy exercising/working out. I use grippers for hand, wrist and forearm strength, the ones I use also improve dexterity (I have a of one of my grippers on my profile) I also like using the Iso 7x to improve overall arm and chest strength and toning.
Overall, yes I enjoy it. I do my best to make sure that I mix things up. I stopped lifting weights at the gym around Christmas time and focused more on cardio outdoors (the house I live at has a large lot, perfect for walking and running) and bodyweight workouts because the routine at the gym was getting stale.
Once my local pool opens up im going to purchase a pass and do swimming. :-DIf I had to go to the gym and do boring, monotonous workouts for an hour, I would hate working out. I can't fathom how people keep that up. I prefer sports, or at least running with an audio book to entertain me
this is one thing i know i really have to work on. i use to have a job that i never had to worry about working out but now i do. but like you i can't do any squatts or things like that because it causes to much pain
trust me swimming can be exhausting if you follow a strict program.
with resistance, sprints and endurance.
then finish it off with biceps triceps exercises and squats.Yeah I really do, when I go on runs I get the "runners high" I feel a rush for hours afterwards its quite nice Id be running all the time if I didn't get a sore knee afterwards due to prior injuries.

I love exercising and staying fit! Sports, gym, yoga, judo, running, other things. I cannot swim so that's out.
yeah same, it totally depends lol. some workouts make me want to kill myself, others i wanna do all day.
I do for the most part. The hardest part is always finding the motivation to start (especially on days where I don't feel like doing anything).
I do swim and I enjoy it, but in general I am not a fan of exercising. I prefer to maintain a healthy diet, and that's it.
Yes, but the motivating yourself part is difficult.
Yes. I practically spend my day at the gym if i'm not already running around with kids.
Unfortunately for the most part no.
I enjoy sports, but not straight up exercise.
I do enjoy the endorphin release at the end though.YES!
Top 3 favorite [in order]:
SQUATS <3
Tilted Leg Press
& Bicep Curl (with a barbell)I do when it's a group. Like a sport not random people
Free running is amazing if you don't want to bore yourself to death doing "traditional" cardio.
