Is there a point in eating healthy if you're already sick (disease)?

Yes! If the disease is something that can be cured, healthy eating will help your body fight it. If it is something that cannot be cured, healthy eating can keep other things from adding to your disease and making you feel worse. For instance, people with cancer that cannot be cured (at least not yet) need to do everything possible to aid their body so that the cancer does not make you feel worse than you have to be, and it will keep you from being more likely to get other diseases.

You can bulk/cut just on diet without lifting actually but that's not ideal way because lifting is quicker, stronger and more efficient way but u can still do it just based on diet

Ya. A good diet has been known to cure diseases. There are a lot of books about it, if you're interested.
Crazy Sexy Cancer would be one of them, the china study another, how not to die is supposed to be good as well. Eat dirt and Prime deal with that as well, kinda. It really depends on what you have

that's called an excuse. there is always a benefit to being healthy. in some cases, being healthy can even get you off medications altogether.
