I struggle mad hard! I kinda of try my best everyday. If I feel completely terrible I lay in my bed and sleep and than afterward go for a run with my stepdad. Running is a good way to lose focus on your sadness and more in the present. Thats what helps me the most. Othertimes when I don't run I pick a book eventhough I don't want to and start reading and than start thinking about the book. Even when I am waiting for the bus lol

umm I don't deal well I have more ups and downs than a yo yo
i wouldn't advice you to take medicines to deal with it, because i ate a lot of depression pills and it makes me go crazy and more miserable. or if you feel comfortable with depression pills then you can't take it by going to a psychiatrist.
Talk to a trusted friend about your problems.
Keep busy and do things to occupy you - I exercise.
Consider professional help.

Listen to music and read. Learn an instrument, takes your mind off of stuff.
U just take it... U suffer & then it gets easy... Eventually... God knows if anything works? ... I guess u just have to go through it...
Brazilian jiu jitsu the best therapy for anybody. If you're not into rolling around with people on the group take up Muay Thai, trust me! Fight is great therapy
