Most people have stretch marks, even thin people, for various reasons whether it be weight related, growth related, or purely genetic. No one can control where they'll go.
one year I gained quite a bit of weight and my boobs popped out and there were stretch marks everywhereeee. I was so bummed considering for the first time in my life I had decent sized boobs! Then I lost the weight and the stretch marks disappeared as well

The only reason I can think that cause stretch marks is expansion and then coming back to. some size. There must be such history behind boobs also.

Breast augmentation scars are not where stretch marks are, do not look anything like them, and are usually numerous. So, no!

I think one can feel scars, even after they faded or are covered up with make up. Less so for stretch marks. Add the "big breasts" and you get a good probability.

As I said, the scars would be in a different place. Usually at the crease under the boob and possibly around the aerola. With modern procedures, the scar is even smaller and harder to see or feel, and in the crease just about impossible. You have to be looking for it and pretty much know what you are looking for. I have seen lots of stretch marks, but never any that looked like surgery scars.
