Today i participated in my fourth race this year. It was a 200m race and i finished in 25.35. It is a VERY bad time. Anyways i have ran much better.
My problem is that right now i can't run fast. 2 years ago i used to run even faster. Last year i had 3 strains on the biceps and it kept me the whole year out of races.
Now im really trying to get my records lower. I should be running the 100m around 11.50 and the 200m at 23. But i can't do it right now and i dont know what to do.
