What are the best teatox brands?

For the tea lovers among you!

I really wanna do a tea-detox to start into summer with a healthier body & mind.
What are some good brands I could try?
Has anyone here done a tea-detox before?

I've been drinking green tea for five years now. The first two years I got it I would go 3 ~ 8 cups a day but now it's no more than 3 after realizing the caffeine was keeping me up at night. I also believe this tea has contributed in its own way, by helping me become more lean. Perhaps it's me benefiting from the extra water?

Ever tried raw honey? It's nothing like the liquid honey you buy at the convenient store.
Try this to rid the taste. It's healthy and tastess soo good mmm on some occasions I've eaten a bowl full of it... xD ha

I drink Chinese tea to sort of detox, well more specifically chrysanthemum tea. Although I'm not sure if that's what you're looking for? If you mean the actual detox teas I have no idea, sorry 😟.

I never tried chrysanthemum tea but I've heard that from many people so I think I'll give it a shot :D
Judging by the great overflow of responses to this question I guess Gag isn't exactly a place full of devoted tea addicts haha 😅

Haha, the Americans are still sleeping but yeah probably not many that drink tea to begin with and erven fewer a cleansing type. If you do try it, make sure to buy the flowers or tea bags rather than the ready made cold stuff - that's got a lot of sweetener added.

I haven't tried any but just a quick warning, make sure to read up on them properly as I have heard about people drinking these and then getting pregnant despite being on the pill, so if you are sexually active and on the pill make sure you check this out :)

Haha I always use condoms so that won't be an issue but I'll definitely read the small info, also to know about other side effects! :D

Traditional medicinals every day detox dandelion and Yogi Detox are good.

SkinnyMint/Bootea/Skinnytea are not worth the price.

I've tried Skinnytea, and while it did help clear some bowels, I felt it wasn't as effective or tasty as regular green tea. I'd invest in a packet/tin of green tea leaves instead of these teatox brands going around social media if I were you :-)

I wonder if it will still be effective in a detox if my body is so used to it though 🤔

Haha yeah green tea is a staple in my (typical asian) life. I guess there'll come to a point where there's nothing much to detox anymore because your body no longer has that many toxins! It's like a regular, everyday detox drinking green tea! I haven't felt bloated in almost a year.
